Hero's Journeys®
(Paul Rebillot)
"The journey of the hero is about the courage to seek the depths; the image of creative rebirth; the eternal cycle of change within us; the uncanny discovery that the seeker is the mystery which the seeker seeks to know."
(― Joseph Campbell, The Hero’s Journey)
The Hero's Journey® is an intensive self-experience seminar (after Paul Rebillot). It combines elements of body psychotherapy, mindfulness, psychodrama, Gestalt-, dance- and art-therapy and ritual work to create a holistic and modern transformation ritual.

Its basic structure is based on the monomyth (by Joseph Campbell). Everyone creates their own individual hero's journey - in a community of like-minded people - and confronts their greatest inner adversaries: internalized blockages and (outdated) beliefs:
-
How am I standing in the way of myself and my needs and my aliveness?
-
Where do I diminish myself, even though I am already grown-up, competent, wise and capable of acting?
-
How do I play the game of life and how could I still play differently?
-
What could a fuller life look, sound, taste and feel like?

There is room for depth, for newness, for a holistic contact with yourself, your fellow human beings and the world. And all of this is experienced with all your senses and integrated both bodily and cognitively.

My own Hero's Journey has changed my life in an integral and lasting way. It was the initial spark for the path I have been on ever since - it has made me braver, softer, more open and more loving (towards myself and others). As a Hero's Journey guide, I have been wholeheartedly passing on this gift to other courageous people since 2019.
