Hero's Journeys®

The Hero's Journey® is an intensive self-experience seminar (based on Paul Rebillot).

​

 

It combines elements of body psychotherapy, mindfulness, psychodrama, Gestalt therapy, dance therapy, art therapy, and ritual work into a holistic and modern transformative ritual.

​

 

In its basic structure, it follows the monomyth (by Joseph Campbell). In a community of like-minded individuals, each participant designs their own individual Hero’s Journey and confronts their greatest inner adversaries—internalized blockages and (outdated) beliefs.

• How do I stand in the way of myself, my needs, and my vitality?

​​

• Where do I make myself small, even though I am already big, competent, wise, and capable of action?

​​

• How am I playing the game of life, and how else could I play it?

​​

• What might a fuller life look, sound, taste, and feel like?

​

Space is created for depth, for something new, for a holistic connection with oneself, with others, and with the world. And all of this is experienced with all the senses and integrated both physically and cognitively. 

​

 

My own Hero’s Journey has transformed my life completely and permanently. It was the spark that ignited the path I have been walking ever since—it has made me braver, gentler, more open, and more loving (toward myself and others).

​

 

As a Hero’s Journey facilitator, I have been passing this gift on to other courageous people with all my heart since 2019.
